I am Audrey, a French native, American trained Speech and Language Pathologist, currently living in the South of France. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University in 2014 and have since worked with pre/school-aged children (ages 5-16) as well as younger children through Early Intervention.
I have two young children of my own (born in 2021 and 2023) and absolutely love working with kiddos.
I specialize in pediatric feeding and orofacial myofunctional disorders in addition to speech sound errors and language delays. I believe that catching children early when they have difficulties feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or starting solids) really supports their oral skills later on (oral-motor, sensory, articulation skills). Orofacial myofunctional work is also crucial in looking at the child as a whole and collaborating with other professional to make sure that the child's anatomy (tethered oral tissues, airway, oral/nasal structures) and habits (nose breathing, sleeping, digit sucking, etc) are taken into account when supporting a child reach their full potential.
I can provide therapy in french as it is my native language, but I am not not considered an "orthophoniste" - Just to be aware in case you're needing a "Speech therapy assessment" that can be used by french pediatricians or other french professionals.

For your appointment, we will ask you:
- the date of birth of the person who will receive the care
- the class for children and teenagers
- the reason for the teleconsultation
A speech therapy assessment is required before starting treatment!
- If you already have a report that is less than 9 months old, you can simply send it to us.
- If you do not have one, we will work together to draw up an assessment during the first stage.
Telespeech therapy is not covered by the CPAM (French social security).
However, some supplementary or expatriate insurance policies may cover the costs.
Don't hesitate to check with your insurance provider!
