I have been a psychomotor therapist, therapist, and trainer for 28 years. I enjoy practicing psychomotor therapy to harmonize body and mind. I use Asian techniques to balance body energies and emotions.

Supporting children, adolescents, adults, and pregnant women to feel better in their bodies and minds is a practice I value. Music, dance, painting, and Chinese calligraphy nourish my therapeutic practices and are part of my life.
Therapeutic relaxation and Ericksonian hypnosis are very effective for improving well-being, and I adapt techniques to each individual based on their needs and wishes. I practice these techniques daily to be in harmony with myself and others, and to maintain my balance.

I compose relaxation music and pieces of opera and various genres. My unique offering is to create personalized music that resonates with you, which you can listen to.

Another aspect of my work involves sharing knowledge on parenting for professionals and parents, and I offer very interesting modules that I adapt to the needs of teams and audiences.
I also enjoy giving conferences on education, pedagogy, and methods adapted for children, adolescents, parents, and professionals.
