No. At the request of the CFE, Dismed will no longer issue treatment forms as of today, for regulatory compliance reasons. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

After each consultation, you will receive a Dismed invoice.
This invoice includes a note indicating that it must be sent to your health insurance provider and\/or the CFE for reimbursement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span>What documents do I need to send to the CFE to request a refund?<\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/div>

To request reimbursement from the CFE, you must submit:
– the Dismed invoice
– a medical prescription (mandatory)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>
