No. At the request of the CFE, Dismed will no longer issue treatment forms as of today, for regulatory compliance reasons.
After each consultation, you will receive a Dismed invoice.
This invoice includes a note indicating that it must be sent to your health insurance provider and/or the CFE for reimbursement.
To request reimbursement from the CFE, you must submit:
– the Dismed invoice
– a medical prescription (mandatory)
Yes. A doctor’s prescription is required for all reimbursement claims submitted to the CFE.
No. These provisions apply only to patients affiliated with the CFE (Caisse des Français de l’Étranger).
Yes. You can send the Dismed invoice to your supplemental health insurance provider, depending on the terms of your contract.
